VSP Expands Leadership Team Sacramento, CA – July 21, 2006 – VSP (Vision Service Plan), a leader in developing innovative workplace strategies, has named Elaine Leuchars as the vice president of human resources. An employee of VSP for 12 years, Leuchars most recently served as director of human resources for the nationwide eyecare benefit provider. During her time at VSP, Leuchars has played a key role in driving the company's high employee satisfaction levels and unique corporate culture. Having developed and implemented many of VSP's renowned workforce strategies, Leuchars was integral in helping VSP gain national recognition in Fortune magazine as a 'Best Place to Work' for seven consecutive years. VSP's new CEO Rob Lynch has worked closely with Leuchars since joining the company and values her strategic HR knowledge.
