VSP Ranks Highest in Overall Member Satisfaction for National Vision Plans Sacramento CA, September 15, 2005 — Vision Service Plan (VSP) has been ranked "Highest in Overall Member Satisfaction Among National Vision Plans" today by J.D. Power and Associates, a global marketing firm representing the voice of the customer. This is only the second year that J.D. Power and Associates has awarded a distinction in the eyecare benefits industry, with VSP holding the sole recognition for the second consecutive year. VSP has over 41 million fully covered members across the United States; meaning approximately one out of eight people in the nation rely on VSP for their eyecare benefits. J.D. Power and Associates measured member satisfaction in the areas of: overall satisfaction, coverage and benefits, customer service, doctor network and clinical service, cost, and eyewear purchase experience.
