A true respect for the individuals that make up our team is one of the qualities I think sets VSP apart from other employers. I'm proud we've been able to maintain the environment and core values that really tell everyone what we're about. At VSP, we value the stable work environment we've provided over the years — throughout economic ups and downs. We support our employees' need for a healthy balance between their work and their lives, and we reward them and invest in them through training and career development. We're friendly and communicate openly with each other, regardless of job titles. We also work hard and make a difference in the lives of our members and our communities, too.
