Vision Service Plan supports career
development and provides the tools necessary for our employees'

assistance program, encompassing courses and degree programs directly
related to an employee's position or general business. In addition,
the company provides ongoing internal training programs on management/leadership
development, project management skills, communication and interpersonal
skills, technical/software skills, and CQI (Continuous Quality
